Выезд до 12: 00, заезд с 14: 00. Стоимость проживания на выходные и праздничные дни уточняйте.
Квартира после свежего ремонта. Практически вся мебель новая. Есть все необходимое для проживания (посуда, средства гигиены, полотенца, постельное бельё, бытовая техника, кондиционер...)
В пешей доступности лес и река дон с красивым пейзажем.
В 10 минутах езды институт мвд. Удобный выезд через окружную г. Воронеж на трассу м-4, прямой выезд на автомобильную дорогу а-144 "курск-воронеж".
Залог 1000 р при заселении и возвращается во время осмотра квартиры при съезде.
Заселение по документам удостоверяющим личность.
Вечеринки строго запрещены! (в противном случае-выселение без возврата денег!)
Курить в квартире запрещено!
Не сдаем:
- Лицам, не достигшим совершеннолетия;
-Лицам, находящимся в состоянии наркотического и алкогольного опьянения.
