Disadvantages:

Нет парковки, огромная территория жк, быстро не выйдешь на городскую улицу. Охранники грубят и почти орут.

Advantages:

Расположение, инфраструктура пешей доступности четкие инструкции по заселению

Disadvantages:

Одна комната две кровати, можно как то зонирование хотя бы ширмой декоративной сделать

Расположение отличное. Сам дом - супер! Рядом супермаркет. Квартира новая, днем и ночью тихо. Все нужное есть. Соответствует цене.
