До центра 5км. Остановка общественного транспорта возле дома. Выезд на м4, курскую, ростовскую трассы.
Для заселения необходим документ удостоверяющий личность. Лицам находящимся в состоянии алкогольного или наркотического опьянения, любителям вечеринок и шумных мероприятий квартира не сдается.
