Семейно-досуговый центр Нелжа рядом с домом (200 метров), лес за участком, река Воронеж (300 метров). Баня на дровах (оплачивается отдельно-3000р. за 3ч, веник бесплатно).

На участке находится второй такой же домик (зонально отделен), рядом могут находиться другие люди, если вами не забронировано оба.
