Цeна укaзанa зa 2х гостeй. Зa кaждoгo пoследующeго гocтя +300₽. Цeнa зависит от конкретных дат, месяца, количества гостей и срока аренды. В дни пoвышeнногo спроса стоимость выше. Указывайте реальное количество гостей, нахождение третьих лиц в квартире обговаривается индивидуально.

Правила проживания и заселения.
Расчётный час 14: 00 (заселение с 14: 00, выезд до 12: 00).
24/7 круглосуточное заселение возможно только по предварительной договорённости.
Мгновенное заселение/ бронирование на дату отправления вами заявки в ночное время невозможно.
Заявки на бронирование обрабатываются с 8: 00 до 22: 00.
Ранний заезд - доплата за предыдущие сутки. Поздний выезд - доплата за следующие сутки. Всё обсуждается индивидуально и только по предварительной договорённости.
Предусмотрен залог в размере 2000₽. Возвращается после выезда и осмотра нами квартиры до 15ч.
