В этом же доме магазин пятёрочка.
Студия предназначена для проживания не более 2-х гостей.
В квартире есть всё для проживания: двухспальная кровать, постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда, холодильник, телевизор, микроволновка, чайник, газовая панель, утюг.
Уборка и смена белья после каждого гостя.
Курение в отведённом месте (балкон).
Предусмотрен залог 1000 р.
Внимание! Заселение с 21-24 часов (позднее заселение) +600 руб к стоимости.
После 24 часов НЕ заселяю!!
При себе иметь паспорт.
Студия не сдаётся для шумных вечеринок. При шуме выселение без возврата денег.
