Дом тёплый, с полностью отапливаемым тёплым полом. В доме есть две отдельные спальни с двуспальными кроватями (для дополнительных гостей раскладывается диван), прихожая, кухня-гостиная, санузел, две террасы, на одной из которых встроена купель-джакузи (оплачивается отдельно), на второй — зона для отдыха и фото.
На территории домика расположена площадка для приготовления шашлыка, оборудованная мангалом.
Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника и всё необходимое для гостей: спальное бельё, полотенца, принадлежности для личной гигиены.
Кухня полностью укомплектована для комфортного приготовления и приёма пищи.
На территории базы отдыха находится баня и банный чан (оплачивается отдельно).
