Квартира находится в новом «ЖК Яблоневые сады». Идеально подходит для командировок и отдыха. Новая, светлая, теплая квартира,  находится не далеко от трассы «М4 Дон», что хорошо подходит для транзитников.
Мы ответственно относимся к нашим квартирам и выполняем уборку после каждого гостя.
Рядом с ЖК находится лес, где можно прогуляться! В шаговой доступности несколько ТРЦ («Московский проспект», рынок «Воронежский», «Пять столиц»). Где можно закупить продуктов, снять и положить деньги в банкоматах, и посетить ещё много разных лавок, магазинов, аптек, парикмахерских.
10-15 минут вам понадобиться что бы добраться до центра города, воронежской областной клинической больницы, самого большего ТРЦ города «Сити-парк «Град».
В квартире нельзя курить и проводить вечеринки - выселение и штраф в размере залога.
