Привет, я Анна, я много путешествую по России и мечтала сделать такую квартиру, в которой мне хотелось бы останавливаться самой.
Сдается очень красивая, чистая, уютная квартира в сканди- бохо стиле в новом доме. Обещаю, она не оставит вас равнодушными, в ней есть душа, ведь она сдается с душой душевным людям в квартире сделан дизайнерский ремонт.
Квартира расположена в самом оживлённом районе города. Вокруг в пешей доступности тц московский проспект, новейший воронежский рынок, вгу, кинотеатр, лесопарковая зона, магазины, кулинария баранкин, в 10 минут езды тц град и в 15 центр города. Очень удобно тем, кто едет на/ с моря, от трассы м4 дон буквально 5- 10 минут. Самокат прибежит к вам за 5 минут из соседнего дома. Вкус вилл доедет за 20-30 минут.
Внизу дома закрытая детская площадка, салон красоты и кофейня с шикарным кофе
