Advantages:

Просторная квартира, тёплый дом. Жили в конце октября, очень жарко, все окна пришлось открывать.

Disadvantages:

Грязноватая ванна. В районе нет ни одного кафе в пешей доступности чтоб перекусить. В целом неплохая квартира за такие деньги. Если не придираться сильно, но будет норм
