Сдается на сутки комплекс для отдыха, вдали от суеты. Закрытая территория, своя парковка на 8 машин, ухоженный двор с качелями и большим мангалом. Баня русская на дровах ( парная), чистый бассейн 2,5*3, комната отдыха с камином после бани. Теплые полы. Уютный и красивый банкетный зал с резной мебелью и большим кожаным диваном, телевизор , караоке, музыкальный центр. 4 комнаты с двуспальными кроватями и дополнительными местами , в каждой комнате свой с/удушевыми. Спальных мест до 20, беседка для мероприятий застеклённая на 35 человек, на улице до 50 человек.
В доме присутствует вся необходимая мебель в хорошем состоянии. Дворик зелёный , ухоженный. Есть много различных зон для отдыха)
Рядом располагается Санаторий им. Джержинского, магазины магнит, пятерочка, пять ю пять, аквапарк, горнолыжный спуск, река (пляж) 10 мин от дома, лес для прогулок вокруг дома.
