Современный дом, хороший ремонт, есть реальное ощущение уюта. вокруг приятный современный район и отличный парк с выходом к пляжу. Заселение бесконтактное, все четко. с парковкой у дома без проблем. в соседнем доме Пятёрочка. рекомендую!
