Уютна квартира в самом центре села новая усмань. В квартире все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень удобное место расположения. Рядом находятся рынок, большое количество разных торговых центров, банк, кинотеатр, бар, скверы. Также дом находится в 50м от речки. Рядом в 30м находится площадь мира. Летом работает современный фонтан, зимой устанавливают елку и заливают каток. Расчетное время заезд с 13.00 выезд до 12.00.
