Площадь 163 кв. м. Построен из экологичных материалов. Теплый в холодное время года и прохладный в жаркую пору.

Есть высокоскоростной интернет, как и во всех остальных домиках Клуба.

Первый этаж: гостиная с камином, кухня и столовая объединены между собой. За стенкой расположились сауна-хамам и санузел с душем.

На втором этаже — две просторные спальни с двуместными кроватями, зал с диваном и креслом-шезлонгом, санузел с душем и открытый панорамный балкон.

Интерьер дома выполнен в историческом стиле под «средневековье» — отделанные камнем стены, витиеватый лестничный марш, большие зеркала и металлическая ковка.
