Крошечный замок в стиле Историк Лофт — именно так представляется «Тироль», утопающий в роскошной зелени виноградников, хвойных и плодовых деревьев. Чего здесь только нет… Сауна в одном конце дома, а в другом — альпийская печка. Через открытую веранду с востока — вид на сад и цветники. Северная дверь «Тироля» тоже выходит к деревьям, винограду и декоративной зелени. С западной стороны находится настоящий русский теремок.

На первом этаже: сауна, русская печь, кухня, гардеробная комната и санузел. На втором — уютная спальня, а также фантастически красивые виды из окна на окружающую природу, восходящее солнце, просыпающийся и засыпающий Воронеж.
